Do I have to change phone companies or get a new number?

No. Your number, your carrier and your phone all stay the same. Donna only takes the calls you'd have missed. One forwarding code turns her on; one turns her off.

Can I really trust an AI with my calls?

Can I change how she handles things?

Any time. Call (516) 530-8840 from the phone number on your account and tell Donna what you want different, or reply to any lead text she sends you. For your protection, changes only go through automatically from your own number. Changes go live within one business day. Your private call log shows every call she's taken, word for word.

I have an iPhone — anything I have to do?

One setting: Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail → OFF (on iOS 17 and earlier it's Settings → Phone → Live Voicemail). If it's on, your iPhone answers the missed call and Donna never sees it. Carrier codes and the VoIP path are on the forwarding page.

What happens if I cancel?

Text or call (516) 530-8840 any time — no notice period, no exit fee. Cancel during the free 14 days and you're never charged; after that, service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. We text you the one code that turns forwarding off (for example *73 on Verizon, ##004# on AT&T and T-Mobile), and your missed calls go back to your own voicemail.
