Google Voice, RingCentral, Grasshopper, Ooma, Vonage, a hosted PBX, or a number that already forwards to the owner's cell — STOP. Dialing *71 or **004* on the phone will not turn Donna on.
Log into that provider's dashboard → unanswered / busy / no-answer → set the destination to the Donna number from your welcome text → keep the cell ringing first.

Settings → Phone → Live Voicemail → OFF.
If Live Voicemail is on, the iPhone answers the missed call and Donna never sees it.
Type these on the keypad of the phone that owns the business number. Use the 11-digit Donna number from your welcome text or email — leading 1, then the 10-digit number. Do not tap a saved code. Do not guess the number.
These are busy / no-answer only. Your phone still rings. If nobody picks up, Donna does.
Put the business phone on Do Not Disturb. Have someone call the real business number — not the demo line, not Donna's number.
